App names and publisher

Savage Props LLC is the legal developer and publisher of our mobile visual inventory software. For Apple distribution (including TestFlight and App Store Connect), the product is listed on TestFlight as BoxAI 1.0 and identified as BoxAI — the same spelling we use here to stay consistent with your approved listing. Apple or device surfaces may show different capitalization only (for example BOXAI) — never as a two-word “Box AI” for our app. Those labels still refer to this application.

The same codebase may also appear under other labels we use on the web or in developer consoles, including SortIQ, MyBox AI, or MyBoxAI. Those names refer to one product family operated by Savage Props LLC, not a separate company.

Independence: Our use of the name BoxAI (including the BoxAI 1.0 TestFlight listing) refers only to Savage Props LLC’s inventory application described in this policy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Box, Inc. (box.com) or its products or services, including any unrelated “Box” and “AI” offerings from other vendors. Similar wording in the market does not imply a relationship.

We are currently distributing beta builds through Apple TestFlight under the name BoxAI 1.0 and will use this policy for production App Store and Google Play listings when those go live. For store review, keep your privacy policy URL aligned with the exact URL you enter in App Store Connect and Google Play Console (for example your live https://getstoriq.com/privacy once DNS points there), and keep the developer / seller identity consistent with Savage Props LLC.

The sections below describe how we handle information when you use BoxAI (including the BoxAI 1.0 TestFlight build), other beta or production builds, whether the install is labeled BoxAI, SortIQ, or MyBox.

Information BoxAI and related builds may collect

Depending on features you use, this may include account details you provide (such as email), content you create in the app (for example photos, labels, locations, lists, and handoffs), including in TestFlight (for example BoxAI 1.0) and other beta builds, device and diagnostic data useful for reliability and security, and technical logs (such as timestamps and error reports).

How we use information

We use information to operate and improve BoxAI and equivalent builds (including any SortIQ- or MyBox-labeled installs), provide core functionality (inventory capture, search, sharing and exports you initiate), communicate with you about the service, protect against abuse, and comply with law.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us host, process, or secure the service (for example cloud infrastructure or analytics), under agreements that limit use to providing the service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Retention and your choices

We retain information as long as needed to run the service and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting us below. Some retention may be required for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Children

BoxAI and related builds of the same application (including under SortIQ or MyBox labels) are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International users

If you use BoxAI from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate.

Changes

We will post updates on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through BoxAI builds (including TestFlight and BoxAI 1.0), other labeled builds of the same app, or by email where appropriate.
